Interested in exhibiting at HRC Foundation's seventh annual Time to THRIVE Conference?

These six-foot, skirted tables provide a prime opportunity to showcase your resources and introduce youth-serving professionals to the services your organization provides. We anticipate there will be approximately 1,000 attendees from nearly every state.

The purchase of an exhibit table includes one complimentary conference registration. You may purchase your exhibit table today by clicking here. if you wish to have additional colleagues help you staff the table, they must register as a conference attendee at TimeToTHRIVE.org.

Shipping
Exhibitors may ship materials to the on-site FedEx Office at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel prior to the conference. For more information about shipping materials, including fees, click here. Exhibitors will need to pick up, sign and pay for any packages delivered to the hotel. To speed up the process, please have your tracking number available.

AV Needs
To order audio, speakers, WiFi, electrical outlets, chart paper or other AV needs, please pre-order and pay directly through the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel. For more information about ordering additional AV services, please click here.

Exhibiting Hours
Exhibiting begins on Friday, February 14, 2020 and concludes on Sunday, February 16, 2020. We encourage exhibitors to participate in all conference activities, including workshops, meals and plenaries. We anticipate high exhibiting traffic during the following times:

Friday, February 14, 2020 (Exhibit Table Set-Up: Starting at 1:00 PM)
5:00 - 6:30 PM: During the Welcome Reception
9:00 - 9:15 PM: Immediately following the Opening Plenary

Saturday, February 15, 2020
7:30 - 8:30 AM: During breakfast hours
9:45 - 10:00 AM: Between plenary and workshops
12:45 - 1:00 PM: Between workshops and luncheon
2:30 - 2:45 PM: Between luncheon and workshops
4:00 - 4:35 PM: During networking coffee break

Sunday, February 16, 2020
8:00 - 9:00 AM: During breakfast hours
10:15 - 11:00 AM: During networking coffee and snack break

*Begin to breakdown exhibit tables between 11:15 AM - 12:00 PM on Sunday, February 16, 2020. (All exhibit tables must be taken down by 12:30 PM.)
