Interested in exhibiting at the HRC Foundation's fourth annual Time to THRIVE Conference?
These 6-foot, skirted tables provide a prime opportunity to showcase your resources and introduce youth-serving professionals to the services your organization provides. We anticipate there will be approximately 1,000 attendees from all 50 states.
The purchase of an exhibit table includes one complimentary conference registration. You may purchase your exhibit table today by clicking here. If you wish to have additional colleagues help staff the table, they must register as a conference attendee.
Electrical outlets, WiFi or other AV needs must be purchased and ordered through PSAV, located at the Washington Marriott Wadman Park. For more information about ordering additional AV services, please click here.
Exhibitors may ship materials to the onsite FedEx Office a week prior to the conference. For more information about shipping materials, click here.
Exhibiting will begin on Friday, April 28th and conclude on Saturday, April 29th. Exhibiting will not take place on the third and final day of the conference. We encourage exhibitors to participate in all conference activities, including workshops, meals and plenaries. We anticipate high exhibiting traffic during the following times:
Friday, April 28, 2017 (Exhibit Table Set-up: Starting at 1:00 pm)
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Welcome Reception
Saturday, April 29, 2017
7:00 am - 8:30 am: During breakfast hours
9:45 am - 10:00 am: Between plenary and workshops
2:00 pm - 2:15 pm: Between luncheon and workshops
2:15 pm - 2:30 pm: Between workshops and luncheon
3:15 pm - 4:00 pm: Networking snack and coffee break with exhibitors
*Begin to breakdown exhibit tables after 4:15 pm
